Managed operations

A trade desk you do not have to hire.

The software removes the repetitive work. Someone still has to make the judgement calls. Our team does that on your programme, and they are the same people who ran these processes inside institutional banks.

Available on its own, or alongside a white-label deployment.

The problem

Automation moves the bottleneck. It does not remove it.

Document extraction, screening and process orchestration take out most of the volume. What is left is the part that needed a person all along: the discrepancy that is fine once explained, the counterparty whose filings look odd, the credit call that sits between two policies, the collection call to a buyer who is eleven days late.

That residue is small but it is not optional, and it needs people who have done it before. Hiring them is slow, and a programme that is waiting on a second analyst is a programme that is not growing.

Our team works inside the same platform your own staff would use, with the same records, the same audit trail and the same tasks. You see what they did and why, at the same level of detail as if they sat with you.

  • Start a programme without first building a desk
  • Cover for volume spikes and holidays without permanent headcount
  • Every decision journaled against the record, not sitting in an inbox

How it works

Your programme, our hands.

The work happens in your tenant, under your policy, against your service levels.

  1. 01

We agree the policy and the limits

What the team may decide alone, what it escalates to you, and where the thresholds sit. Written down before anyone touches a live case.

  2. 02

    Work arrives as tasks

The platform routes onboarding checks, document reviews, credit assessments and collections to the desk as tasks with owners and deadlines, the same queue your own team would work.

  3. 03

    Exceptions come to you

Anything outside the agreed authority is escalated with the evidence attached, so you are deciding rather than investigating.

  4. 04

    You see the whole record

Live dashboards on throughput, ageing and service-level performance, plus the record of each decision, who made it, and the evidence behind it.

What the desk covers

The work, by name.

Take all of it or the parts you are short on. Each area can be run by us, by you, or split.

01 Client onboarding
KYC and KYB, document collection and chasing, and getting a counterparty from first contact to fundable.
02 Document review
The exceptions the extraction flags, such as discrepancies, part shipments and odd consignees, resolved or escalated with a reason on record.
03 Credit review
Buyer and counterparty assessment, report freshness, limit recommendations against your policy.
04 Compliance monitoring
Sanctions and PEP screening through a specialist provider, on a schedule after onboarding, and the evidence pack behind each clearance.
05 Collections and ageing
Due-date follow-up, late-payment chasing, and buyer behaviour recorded where your risk reporting can see it.
06 Investor and management reporting
Portfolio, exposure and performance reporting to your funders or your board, on your cycle.

Questions

The practical ones.

Who makes the credit decision?

You set the policy and the authority. Within agreed thresholds the desk decides and records the reasoning; outside them it escalates with the evidence attached. Where the final call must sit with a regulated entity, it does.

Can we start with just onboarding?

Yes, and most programmes do. Onboarding is where the backlog usually is, and it is the easiest area to hand over cleanly because the policy is the most explicit.

How do we know what the team actually did?

The same way you would with your own staff, and in more detail. Every check, document and decision is journaled against the record with who, when and on what basis, so a review is a screen rather than a request for a report.

What happens to knowledge if we take it in-house later?

The policy, the journey configuration and the full audit history are yours and stay in your tenant. Transitioning to your own team is a staffing change, not a migration.

Which languages and time zones are covered?

Asia Pacific business hours as standard, with US corridor support. Tell us the corridors and we will tell you the cover honestly, including where it is thin.

How is this priced?

Per programme, based on scope and volume rather than a seat count. We would rather quote against your real pipeline than publish a number that turns out to be wrong for you.

Next

Tell us where the backlog is.

Which part of your operation is the constraint: onboarding, document review, credit, collections. We will tell you what the desk would take on and what it would change.

  • Scoped against your actual queue and volumes
  • Decision authority and escalation agreed up front
  • Service levels we will commit to in writing
